Want to take better in home photos? By doing just a few easy things you can instantly turn dark and unclear photos into something you can actually enjoy.
1. Choose a location in your home that lets in a lot of natural light.
The first step is choosing a good location in your home. You want to choose a spot that will allow the best outcome for the photo. Not necessarily your favorite room in your home.
2. Turn off overhead lighting.
Overhead lighting can cause photos to have a yellow tint and create unwanted colors in your skin tone.
3. Open all blinds and curtains.
This allows natural light to brighten your photos instead of the overhead lighting.
4. Face the window.
Facing the window allows for the most even and natural light to hit your face. Which is the main subject of the photo.
