Birthday Sessions are some of my favorite to do with my own kids. It’s a fun time to celebrate them and the things that make them special. I love being able to look back and see how much they have grown throughout the years, even if it does make me cry a little. The one year milestone is definitely always fun because you never know how the birthday boy or girl will react. This sweat boy was cautious but interested at the beginning. He eventually warmed up to the idea of getting his fingers dirty. I just love his expressions and adorable little curls on the back of his head.
Studio one year sessions are perfect for winter birthdays or if you just don’t want to risk getting cake all over your own floor. It also provides a nice contained space that allows your one year old to crawl around and explore before sitting down to possibly taste test some birthday cake.
