Do you offer mini sessions?
Yes! I offer mini sessions a few times a year — usually seasonally or for special events. They book quickly, so keep join my email list to be the first to know when new dates are released.
How far in advance should we book our family session?
It’s always best to plan ahead so we have plenty of time to choose a location, talk through details, and pull together outfits that feel like you. If you have a specific date or season in mind, reach out as soon as you can — I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs and find a time that works for your family, even if it’s more last minute.
Where do sessions take place?
Sessions can take place either outdoors or in your home — wherever your family feels most comfortable. I love photographing families against the beautiful Colorado Springs scenery with soft, golden light, but in-home sessions are just as special, offering a cozy and relaxed setting that tells your story right where life happens.
When is the best time to schedule a newborn session?
It’s best to book your newborn session while you’re still expecting so we can reserve a spot around your due date and adjust as needed once your baby arrives. But if your little one is already here, that’s perfectly okay too — I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs and schedule a session that works for your family.
When is the best time to schedule a maternity session?
Most families choose to schedule their maternity session between 28–34 weeks, when your bump is showing beautifully but you’re still comfortable moving around. That said, every pregnancy is different — if you’re earlier or later in your journey, that’s completely okay. I’ll do my best to accommodate your needs and find the perfect time to capture this season for you.
When will I receive my images?
You’ll receive your final gallery within about 3 weeks of your session. Your images will be delivered in a private online gallery where you can easily download, share, and order prints or albums.
Can siblings be included in newborn sessions?
Absolutely! Older siblings are such an important part of your baby’s story, and I love making sure they feel included and celebrated. I’ll gently guide them through the session so they have their own special moments in front of the camera too.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates are available for any session type and make a meaningful gift for new parents, grandparents, or families who want to document a special season. You can choose any amount or a full session, and I’ll send a beautifully designed digital gift card that’s easy to share or print.
Do you bring props or wraps?
I focus on simple, natural imagery that highlights your baby and your family’s connection. I bring a few neutral wraps if needed, but I keep things minimal and timeless so the attention stays on what matters most — your love and story.
